A fresh, punchy summertime ad for Fussy's refillable deodorant system.



The Brief

Fussy wanted to drive summer sales of their reusable deodorant system, but didn't have fresh content that captured the main product features.
Needed an upbeat, summertime vibe.
Current website product stills didn't match perfectly with social media ads.



Creative Concept

Fussy is fun, colourful, portable for festivals, trips, nights out. Basically, the perfect product for an energetic summer. Fussy's brand colours are a baby pink and baby blue- we punched these up to feel like a bright, blue-sky summer's day. With the pink noticeable in the lighting reminiscent of a concert or club sign.

We used a single camera with quick motion and product spins to feel fast and upbeat, as if this was a video taken on a friend's phone at a party or concert. Bright. Energetic. Upbeat. This is a Fussy summer.



Delivery

A single-camera ad using dynamic motion & lighting, an upbeat, punchy colour palette & backing track. Product stills were taken directly from the motion file, ensuring colour and framing was perfect across social media platforms & web.

Brand copy was custom animated for both mobile & horizontal web formats. Brand colours were used for set and lighting for brand consistency.

A custom, summertime specific logo-sting to end on to encourage summer sales.



Impact

A scroll-stopping, short form ad that captures the main product features of Fussy's reusable deodorant system, along with consistent product stills for both Instagram feed and horizontal web formats.

A new campaign for summer to drive sales. New content to share across all social platforms to instil a brand perception of being fresh & fun.
